It’s a bright, expressive nose of quince, peach, apple and buttery hints. The palate is crisp and lively with ripe fruit and flowery character, ending with sea scents, minerals and citrus notes. It has the intensity to benefit from a longer than usual maturation on the lees, being bottled in the late summer or autumn after the vintage.
